Chemical-free living and clean eating are very near and dear to my heart, and a necessity in today’s toxic times. When I took the plunge a few years ago and made the full on switch to a chemical-free home and whole foods, organic diet – it was all quite overwhelming. My days were filled with countless hours of research, reading labels, and the expensive art of trial and error. I’m hoping to curb a bit of that for you.
I get so much joy out of helping others make the switch to a cleaner lifestyle, so I made a list of some of my favorite go-to items to help aid in your transition. I expect the list to grow and evolve over time, (I’m always on the hunt for fun, new products to bring into the mix), but here’s to a start!
