Cupping

Cupping has been used for thousands of years and practiced throughout many cultures. It involves placing either glass or plastic cups on the skin and creating a vacuum. The vacuum facilitates the movement of toxins/cellular waste by breaking up stagnation and congested blood, lymph, and qi. The cups are strategically placed in alignment with the various meridians of the back – opening up the blocked channels, aiding in the free flow of qi/blood and the elimination of toxins from the body.
